Stereo Surgeons service center is located in East Hartford, Connecticut and founded by Kenneth Bernacky, who is also our President and chief technician. Ken has been working in electronics for more than thirty years; first as a technician and later heading a regional service center for an international firm before forming Stereo Surgeons in the early 1980's. (His passion for his work is an extension of his boyhood hobby - the things we do best are the things we truly love doing!).
Along with Ken, Arf the guard dog takes a personal interest in all aspects of the business - from greeting customers to keeping the staff in-line! Here she is cruising to work - she's one cool dog!
